Underwater areas?

I would punch someone for a Steam port of the Dreamcast Ecco. Hopefully someone who deserves to be punched, but I’d probably punch an okay person too if I was desperate.

They involved it in a engineer quest line this expansion or last, can’t remember

I think the underlight angler is faster than druid form, I use this for exploring underwater areas. Plus undead have underwater breathing

I also liked Vashj’ir. I think they mistake were the endless “memory sequences” that were just horrible. Not because of the water-based zone, but it ruined that zone sadly.

But I also worry that the real reason Nazjatar was not underwater is that they wanted flying to be the carrot it is - being able to “fly” around from the get-go diminishes that grind they need you to take.

In order to get Ba’al, you have to swim/mount out north of Zul’dun past two fatigue zones and then swim down into a third. In a cave at the bottom of a ravine under the sea is a pebble that you must collect. One specific pebble out of hundreds thrown on the floor.

I’m sure I’ve been to some underwater areas in Nazjatar - mainly for followers’ dailies like kelpwater brew or something (neri’s) or collect nearby crabs (not sure neri’s or poen’s).
Not sure if the alliance have those quests too or not but they should have them…

My main is a warlock, I have a spell that allows water breathing, plus I have a bunch of underwater mounts.

Underneath Anyport in Drustvar, is an underwater cave with two dancing Void Elves; Shade and Whisper.

Underwater caves are my jam. I hope if they ever do a south seas expansion we get a permanent sub mount and tons of underwater mysteries.
