I consume a lot of informative WoW media: guides, builds, tier lists, routes, etc
By far the most underrated informative WoW YTer is Izen Hart.
Absolute top notch, informative content, only 30k subs. (On a side note, he’s just started a series where he go’s over those little tricks you can do in M+ (with feign, spell reflect, spell steal etc etc)
I do also enjoy some of the WoW creators that make content for entertainment but not as much.
GaleaGGTV is one of those, he’s got some great zero to hero (M+ version - he calls it Pug2gud series) videos io which is just good entertainment. < 1 k subs which is madness to me

We all know asmon/pika/preach/jellybeans/savix/bellular/tali&evitel etc etc, I’m talking those smaller, lesser known creators
Come to think about it I haven’t seen a Pilav video in years actually, now that’s entertainment
I like Izen Hart, he’s funny and he knows A LOT about how the classes work. He has successfully predicted just about every thing that would be OP or UP in SL so far and his reasoning and logic were on point.
Some other great Youtubers
MrGM, great personality, great enthusiasm and general knowledge of the game. Hazelnuttygames, again, personality, enthusiasm and knowledge. She also does fantastic guides. Kalamazi, super knowledgeable about Warlocks and is another person who successfully predicts OP or UP things about the classes. SignsofKelani, great attitude and great for news. AmandaHealz, she does a lot of guides, and they’re very good. I recently watched several of her vids to get ready for M+, and they were great.
Yeah, Kraken Latte is the sole reason I ever got my brutosaur. She made me realise how much raw gold there was in farming old raids. Although she’s therefore also the reason I cannot ever face another run of blackrock foundry.
Female creators seem to be more chill, I’m not into the tabloid eske type of content creators use to grab an audience. I like subtle humor, but not trying way too hard humor. This isn’t a girl’s vs guys post, just the state of wow content when it comes to my taste. Like Kraken Latte, just chill stuff.
I remember when 8.2 dropped and we were all farming for the Prismatic Manapearls. I had completely overlooked the fact that the benthic gear was disenchantable. Lo and behold, I had an abundance of Veiled Crystals. It made me a fortune.
This, I did this also, it was mostly boring but the gold amount was plentiful.
If you like music I recommend looking up wmv’s or wow music videos. Sometimes they’re under ‘Machinimas’ too, however we lost thousands of videos a long time ago because Machinima deleted their Youtube account or something along the sorts. A lot of interesting WoW videos and with newer time there’s some that have custom animations even!
I couldn’t name you specific ones, but I enjoy watching them from time to time.
edit: Chriskon is a good WMV artist they use custom animations w/ stories.
Although all of this is leaned more towards people who enjoy RP.
The first WoW content creator I ever started watching is KakioTV, he’s a Danish guy and his videos are so funny. He also streams from time to time. He’s very cool and funny and friendly.
If I remember correct Kraken also uses (or maybe used to use) a controller or it least it seemed so. Never look to see if they made a video about it or just rolled that way. Whenever watching their vid’s I’m like…crap I need a cup of coffee!
