So done ? difficulty, tried ? ? and all the adds ended up bugging out and not spawning in the arena. Reset and got the same thing again, no adds spawning inside, cannot throw the bombs at them and eventually just too much incoming damage and things to dodge before you eat the floor.
The adds still spawn and throw orbs at you while shooting you, they just never jump into the arena.
