How is Underpin?? When playing as a healer with Tank Bran? Any issues with the shield phase?
As someone who cleared ?? with Holy Priest at 652 ilvl, here’s my advice:
- Don’t use Tank Brann, use DPS because you’ll have better control over the cronies spawn by holding aggro. Tank Brann is useless in this encounter.
- Run double DPS trinkets to help with shield, imo it’s easier than Zekvir’s cocoon DPS check.
- Like the DPS role, you have to kick three bombs to kill the adds so it’s top priority to focus on the mechanics.
It wasn’t so bad, I had 115 tries at him before getting the ?? kill. Find the talents that help with your DPS increase as well, I used bioprinter and mechasaur curios which also contributed.
Respect the mechanic, save your DPS for the bubble phase, and victory is yours.

Yeah he looks easier than Zekvir was. More chaotic if mechanics are not managed but easier. Sweet, thanks for the advice.

It’ll take getting used to the bullet hell nature of the fight. Things can immediately go wrong in seconds if you’re not on point with bombs lol.

I always run Tank Brann with my Evoker as healer and rarelly have any issues in T11 delves. But on the underpin, god he made me rage during that fight. Often just standing there not attacking, or running in and out of bound for ?? reason with no adds up. I went around and read a lot of thread, including a bunch of non-helpful people constantly spamming “skill issues” and other useless comments.
Based on your suggestion, I just went with him as DPS and it took me around 8 attempts in ? mode (648 ilvl, Brann 39) to get him down. Had few bad timing with shield and adds, but overall it was very manageable.
