But I woulda preferred if they fit the theme of the raid.
PS: I am seething with jealousy over the really cool Rogue set, it’s gonna look good on Forsaken.

I agree. To me, they look quite Shadowlands ish. At least some that I’ve seen.

Blizz has alternated between creating sets that are class-themed and raid-themed.
I do like the feeling like I’m taking pieces of armor straight from the enemies and putting them on, but I also like things that just make me look like a Paladin. Hard to say what I prefer.
Still weird to me how the warriors are using an ethereal set because of the ethereal thief boss in a goblin raid. 
The mage set looks like it’s a fugitive from Vault of the Incarnates. Been on the run all these years, hiding out in Undermine.
I don’t think that raid gets enough flack for how bad its tier designs were.
Tier sets this time around are insanely good. I’m struggling to picture what Goblin themed sets would have looked like without picturing some b-list Mad Max movie.
Have you SEEN the weapons? My god, they’re amazing.
