Undermine zone

Pretty incredible zone. Very impressive. Thank god it’s not gnomes

Gnomes already had theirs in BFA with their mismanaged trash pile called Mechagon.

Why? What about it impresses you?

The number of stairs I can climb

Undermined? more like Undercooked.

But wait there’s more! Undermine Zone is just Downtown!

Uptown Undermine has an inaccessible drill leading to there!

Downtown Undermine for what it’s worth is wonderous!

The Steamwheedle Headquarters is a glorious Green Slime-filled Town, Bilgewater Headquarters has an Arena, Blackwater Headquarters has a Lake with a Marina on it, Venture Co. Headquarters has a Junk Yard and a beautiful Golf Course!

Half of the Downtown Undermine’s Buildings have Pandaren Decor inside. There is even a Pandaren Restaurant!

I feel like I’m doing something wrong in Undermine. I can’t remember any of the streets, whenever I see an elite rare pop up on the map I need to keep the map open to see directionally where I’m supposed to be going. But then I keep running into every building, fence, sign post, etc.

Quite literally a skill issue, but I don’t know a good way around it until I’ve memorized the zone.

I will give Undermine this: It is the first time the music in this game has been good since early BfA. Everything from mid BfA to 11.0 has been forgettable nothing tunes (likely because the main Warcraft music guys left). It is nice to have some good music for a change. For the past like… 5 years or so, I’ve headcannoned Goblins having jazz as their ‘thing’, so it is nice to see my fantasies become reality in that regard.

Prob their take on a “Chinatown” <—sorry if thats offensive. (I dont know if it is just covering my bases)

That was uncalled for…

I usually am. Was babbling about the classic movie Chinatown, and how the zone story is going for a neo-noir vibe. James Ellroy’s L.A. quartet and stuff. It’s very early here.
