Undermine Special Assignment Boom Head shot Won’t unlock. when i got up to it it says failed capstone 1 unlock failed. I have logged in and out no change.

Same thing is happening to me. 24 hours later and it still won’t unlock.

This is still happening. The blue teleporter isn’t there and I can’t get to the roof to complete the quest. Anyone have work arounds or can we get some clarity for Blizzard…

I’ve done all the daily quests in Undermine. Says ‘Complete 0 quests in Undermine to unlock’ on the map. When I login I get Same issue. I get the message “Special Assignment” Capstone 1 - Unlock Failed.
can try and use
Back-strapped missle which launches you in the air can try that and land on the roof
but doesnt mean you will be able to do the quest on the roof
