Undermine Reputations NEED improvements

Believe it or not, some of us do other content such as M+, Raiding, or even PvP.

Between all the actual content people do, not everyone wants to go back to undermine for the next 180 days to grind something that is clearly not tuned to respect player time.

So am I. I am just chilling with the Cartels… doing them once a week. If I cant get Exalted to all of them, it’s fine. I am just prioritizing some few Cartels which has the best goodies for me and I would get it… in time.

So you want to respect your time. Dont play a videogame if you really respect your time.

Happy for you.

Obvious troll post is obvious.

Videogames are time-eaters. WoW is perfectly designed for it.

If that’s what you gathered from any of the people commenting on this thread or what I said, then I am sorry to hear that. Best of luck with your journey.

I personally couldn’t care less how long a grind for a collectible takes. It’s all optional stuff. I’ll get it when I get it, including whether or not I even feel like grinding for it at any given moment.

Yup. I am doing great. I am having a blast… for this videogame.

It’s not a job. It’s a videogame.

Yeah these grinds suck, I basically havent touched em. I did the boring darkfuse grind at the beach for like an hour and decided it wasnt worth it, guess my orc wont be looking like Neo, oh well. Nothing else the rep vendors offer me are worth it in my book.

I always laugh when I read that phrase because it is so pompous.

Only a helicopter-parented zoomer would think their time is so precious preservation of it should be everyone’s priority.

And only entitled adults would run with the idea.

Considering Blizzard specifically used that phrase as one of their goals for the expansion… it’s not entitlement. It’s telling them they’re missing the mark with one of their design goals, and offering a number of solutions for them to do better at it.

ooh what pets?

You can get the yellow? mechanised miniature tyrannosaurus rex, the lab rat and a fancy cockroach.

Could not agree more, the pace of reputation gains is Glacial!

Just wanted to add to the feelings of everyone. I truly think this may be the worst rep-grind of any current content over the past few years. The fact that I haven’t been able to hit exalted with just one of the cartels this far in to this patch is bonkers.

This is absolutely antithetical to the rest of the systems in the game. I was iffy with severed threads, but it actually ended up being ok, and the flavor made sense; and so does the cartels, but I’m not sure how they went from that to this.

Uhh, are you doing C.H.E.T.T. on multiple alts and turning in the completed cards to the quartermaster for 500 rep each? I’ve hit exalted on one and well on my way to a second. Now I do have a LOT of alts so that helps. But that 500 rep per card helps a LOT.

Huh, I didn’t know you could do that with the Chett card. Was it described that way and I just missed it?

Does it work with Darkfuse too?

After you turn in your second c.h.e.t.t. card and get the achievement, you can now turn it into your currently selected cartel for 500 reputation (and some gold). So if you have a lot of alts, it’s an easy way to get some extra reputation. And no Darkfuse this doesn’t work for, you just have to grind that out.

New term for me. What is this?

Why would they care about that? Genuinely asking.
