ok. explain this to me like im a brand new player. step by step. an easy simple way to either quickly get rep with blackwater or farm mobs for rep. checked out wowheads guide came away with more questions than answers. (i could go on a whole other rant about wowheads awful writing team ever since late shadowlands.) iam at 1500/6000 friendly. have done agood chunk of quests. and how long it will take to get the pool pony raft item.

Accept them as your weekly contract. Do WQ and weeklies.

i did some already. how many world quests and weeklies do i get per day?how many world quests do i need to do to get revered.
So you get a weekly to do S.C.R.A.P quest, a weekly to participate in the surge pricing, and weekly to do 10 task related to surge pricing and each of those gives 2-3k per, and then the world quest cycle about every 3-4 days
There’s also the weekly dungeon quest in dornogol over by the flight master to give you a chunk of rep for a faction but I think that’s only general undermine and might not apply to the specific factions.
You’re generally looking at 2-3 weeks to hit revered, I think

i dont thinkill bother if its 2-3 weeks 3-4 hours each day for a stupid toy. just want something i can work towards on my own at my own pace. not timegated by blizzards nonsense.
Weeklies are 6k rep and WQs are like 350. Do the weeklies and skip the rest.

The weeklies can be knocked out in about half an hour. And There aren’t enough world quest to be wasting 3-4 hours daily.
Now if you want the darkfuse rep, then that’s a different story of spending hours grinding the scrap events for the turn-in items

I know, I’m just saying that darkfuse is more of a grind in comparison because you don’t have to option of doing weeklies for them
Farm the S.C.R.A.P events. It’s mindnumbingly boring but I did it in one week. Just follow the group that’s there, there are always people.

They go on all the time. They show up on your map but you can join whatever group is there or follow them around.
Theres 8+ WQ and they take <5 minutes each. Its a couple thousand rep for about the same time. It takes less than a week and maybe an hour a day.
Select Blackwater as your chosen Cartel for the week inside the Intercontinental Hotel.
Do the 3 weekly quests inside the Intercontinental Hotel.
-Complete 10 Shipping and Handling tasks
-Complete 3 reclaimed S.C.R.A.P events
-Obtain one of the 3 reward boxes during Urge to Surge. The check points are 10, 50 and 150. The event is every hour on the half hour.
Complete world quests in undermine after selecting Blackwater as your cartel for the week, you wont even see the world quests until you pick a cartel for the week. World quests give 300 rep with your chosen Cartel for the week. World quests are active for 3 days or so at a time before new ones spawn.
There are 5 special summon rares in Undermine, there is 1 for each Cartel. You do not need to be that Cartel to participate in the event to summon them or to get the 300 rep they give when killed, but you do need to be that Cartel to start the event yourself.
Gioante is started if you chose Steamwheedle
Voltstrike is started if you chose Blackwater
MAGNO is started if you chose Bilgewater
Scrapchewer is started if you chose Venture Co
The 5th one is Darkfuse Precipitant which you can start the event after you reach friendly with Darkfuse and can be started regardless of which cartel you picked for the week.
So in short 2 Summons you can do, the other 3 you will have to have someone else start the events.
Complete a C.H.E.T.T list from the chest machine in the hotel and instead of turning it in to the CHETT machine turn it in to the Blackwater Cartel quartermaster for 500 rep. This can be done multiple times by completing more CHETT lists either on the same character by turning in 40 CHETT cards to get a new list or by picking up the free list on an alt.
Reputation increase buffs like Darkmoon Faire, Hallow’s End, Winds of Mysterious Fortune (returning in pre patch on the 27th) will increase your rep gains, meaning you will reach your goals faster.
I usually get 10-11k rep a week with what ever cartel I am working for during the week.
at that rate neutral to revered would take 3 weeks.

Set Blackwater as your weekly contract.
Do your weekly quests (the blue ones).
Kill the World Boss.
Do the dailies.
Do the new dailies when appear after four days.
yeah i did all that. i want the floaty toy soon.not when timegates dictate. this is terrible design that reeks of mobile garbage. imagine a 4day lockout timer ala mobile game. for NO VALID REASON. like this has no real reason to be timegated. other than
via time played metrics for shareholders. yeha im mad. i want to grind this out but the game says NO. you will wait 4 days. wasting your time.
World Quests used to reset daily, but people complained about having to log in every day to do them. So now they reset once a week.
