I ran the Liberation of Undermine - Chrome King on my DK (Cyner / Moon Guard) on 6/10/25). First kill of any toon in any raid since the reset. Went in as Frost with Blood as my loot spec. I was present for the entire fight and did not die. I rolled an 84, and won, Chromebustible Bomb Suit (what I was looking to get). I do not have the trinket for Cyner but I do on my other two DK’s (Cyphra & Tyriel), obtained the trinket the same way (in as frost, loot blood).
However, upon winning the item I did not receive it in my bag. My bags were nowhere near half full. I waited in the room w/o leaving the raid in case there was a delay. I stuck around until the yellow bar ran it’s course and for a few min after.
When I exited the instance I checked my mail and there was nothing waiting for me. I have run into delays in the past so I checked a few more times before opening the initial ticket an hour later.
Initial reply was more or less along the lines of “our mechanisms cannot find that you received the item and to go here and report a bug If I think there is a problem.”
First problem: The response was directed to a different DK character (Cyphra / Moon Guard) who has run nothing so obviously, she did not receive loot. I responded pointing out this as an issue.
I quickly received a quick reply for the correct DK - Cyner - that basically gave me a bunch of reasons why I might not qualify including lockout, being too far away, not being qualified, etc. I had already negated the list of reasons in my initial description of the incident in my ticket (perhaps there was a mix up because the opened ticket responded to a character w/o an issue?). It followed up with a 'go to the report a bug section in the forums and make a post."
