This is exemplar of stupid quest direction in the game. You’re in the car doing a mission so it’s natural to suppose ‘bash that trash’ means you need to somehow smash the indicated trash WITH the car. I spent 20 minutes running around drifting and using turbo trying to make it do something, ANYTHING before I FINALLY figured out you have to EXIT THE CAR and then just JUMP on the trash pile. This does not make sense and needs to be more obviously indicated.
