Dracthyr Evoker completed “Bigger Fish to Fry” achievement and Legion fishing is capped at 100 as required. Fished up the Luminous Pearl and handed in quest to Khadgar, who gave me quest “The Dalaran Fountain”. Handed in quest to Marcia Chase, where the pearl is now over the fountain. Nat Pagle is set to show up with the scenario quest, “Fish Frenzy”, but does not appear. UI was reset to defaults, add-ons have been shut off, re-logged and exited client multiple times, walked all through Dalaran to both banks to trigger NPC, did all WQ questlines in Dalaran to prevent phasing…still no Nat Pagle or continuation of questline to obtain Underlight Angler.

On my evoker.
Post-maintenance, this issue has still not been fixed. Nat Pagle is simply not appearing in Legion Dalaran for my character. Macro resulted “true” for The Dalaran Fountain and “false” for Nat Pagle’s Fish Frenzy scenario quest. The trigger code for the NPC spawning is broken somehow.

All the fixes have not worked for me, including the quest fish frenzy, shared with me (thanks) kelestra. I’ve tried phasing using LFG and nothing has worked. I abandoned the quest and tried phasing a few times each day but with no success. Im also an evoker.

Just finished the pearl quest on my Draenei Shaman… no Nat pagle spawn
EDIT: I left dalaran and came back and nat pagle showed up.

Same issue on my evoker, none of the “fixes” helped. This thread was opened six months ago now, where’s the fix?

Still not resolved. How hard would it be for them to just stick nat pagle next to the fountain to prevent this issue from happening?

There are a few that -might- work, you can find a link above. Unfortunately if those “fixes” don’t work for you it seems unlikely blizzard cares enough to fix their game.
unfortunately this must not be getting reported enough, I just did every thing up to placing the pearl and the next part of the questline still isn’t showing up.

I just completed the achievement and it doesn’t work for me either, I even logged out and back in. I opened a ticket and the response was to use the submit a bug feature and try logging back out and in again.
Turns out the reason the underlight angler quest isn’t showing up is because the quest called The Harbinger is blocking it from appearing, you have to complete this questline to get him to show up.
Did the entire questline on my evoker, still no Nat. I expected this wouldn’t fix the problem given it existed for almost a year now, longer than that questline was in the game.

Nat Pagle is not showing up to give the ‘Fish Frenzy’ quest for my evoker. I have 100 Legion fishing, completed the ‘Bigger Fish to Fry’ achievement and have handed in the ‘Luminous Pearl’ quests.
I have also completed the Harbinger questline.

Because this is still a problem: 100 fishing, Bigger Fish to Try done, Pearl obtained and turned in, no Nat Pagle. Logging in and out, restarting game in visage form, leaving and coming back, etc., nothing is working for my Dracthyr Evoker.
Edit: I had logged off by the fountain in dalaran after some frustrating time trying to get him to spawn, in visage form. I was logged off for a few days due to my work schedule, and on logging in tonight, stepping away to make coffee, and coming back, he’d appeared on top of me!
I grabbed the quest and went to edit this and… he despawned before I could tell him to take me there. It took some running around for him to reappear.
