Kinda feels dumb to remove from transferring to all your toons. This is supposed to be about the account rather than the toon going forward, so why exactly can’t we transfer them now in this season?
Is it because you don’t want people buying the wave emitter for their toons as a collective bank? If everything on that vendor is warband bound…then what is the point?
I believe it’s because coffer keys at Sir Finley is now character-bound instead of account-bound, which wasn’t the case last season.
The wave scrambler was my first speculation as well but since it’s Warbound I can just pretty much buy as many as I want and funnel it to my alts so I’m convinced it wasn’t because of this item.
Basically, it’s an attempt to pad out playtime on alts since you’ll have to farm UCs on them now.

It doesn’t seem like it was intentional for them to be transferrable.
I disagree, and cannot begin to imagine why it’s not a thing, but that’s their stance. I doubt the Emitter is the reason because, as mentioned, it’s transferrable anyway.
They even got rid of the Vet tier box. Which is real frustrating, because now I have to keep track of what my alts need manually instead of just buying a box and being done with it.
There’s just a lot of silliness for no reason.
