Undercity portal is killing everyone

Unfortunately this isn’t a new problem and has fallen on deaf ears so far.

Teleports and portals to Undercity can kill you [11.0.0] - [11.0.5]

This applies to Mage Teleports, Portals, and hub portals to Undercity. At random it seems to place me into the blight bombed version and I die within seconds. It should be taking me right next to Zidormi. The upside is, it takes you to a graveyard where the spirit healer can just rez you automatically so you don’t have to spirit rez.
