When do these spawn? Every three hours?
And are they on a rotation or random?

Unless things have changed, they spawn every 2 hours and are random.
I thought they lined up with Dragonbane, odd.
Thanks for this, I’ll keep an eye out while i grind the 40 treasures i still need.
Also suggested Wowhead they track the timer which is one of the few they are not.

If you’re talking about the primal storms they spawn every 3 hours. I’ll use EST as an example since I’m on Stormrage. They spawn at 2, 5, 8, and 11 server time. Each one lasts for 2 hours and then there’s an hour of down time where there’s none spawned.

So I thought I figured it out, they spawn every odd hour! No they spawn whenever they friggin want. I saw one at 2:38 pm, 4:52 pm then right after that at 5:01 pm. Never the one I need (Water) of course. I remember doing this when Forgotten Reach first came out and Water was constantly bugged, never got to finish the achievement then, and the way it’s going I might not get it this time around again. Very frustrating.

Been here two hours while working on work docs in another window and no spawn yet. The ‘every three hours’ theory might be correct. If not it’s bugged and needs to be looked at.
Edit: Three hours the first wait, two hours the next two times.
