You forgot about wall-eyed. You should strive to be more inclusive and demand that Blizzard represent not only the left-handed, but the wall-eyed, lazy-eyed, people with tics, OCD, hoppers, skippers, and nose pickers too.
Wouldn’t it be great to be able to play on a character that represents yourself as you really are?

Samesies, I’m most proud of being able to use 2 sets of chopsticks at the same time (one for each hand ofc). I’ll never need this skill in nearly all situations, but I’ll be ready.

The request has come up on this board many times, in the last 15 years.
If I recall, it would be an issue with reworking animations and such with the other hand. It would not be as simple as flipping a switch. If the game is MADE so you can choose, then it is easy; to do it afterwards is more difficult.

By the way, I have HORRIBLE handwriting (with my right hand.) But I am supposedly “right handed.” Being 53, I’ve always had this suspicion that I was “forced.” Of course, I can’t write at all with my left hand NOW. Another reason I’m suspicious is that I default to doing a lot of other things with my left hand, but am not really what you’d call ambidextrous either.
On the other hand, maybe it is best? I never even heard of “silver surfer syndrome” (lefties getting stuff on their hand, while “writing” (remember writing? )

See, because the left handed person would have the TEXT (about being left handed) on the cup FACING THEM (rather than a third party, who could read it)! So it kind of makes the point moot

I would like a checkbox that lets my model be mirrored so all the animations and such are switched to left hand dominance.
It shouldn’t be that hard implement.
Play a monk set main hand transmit to fist wrap set off hand weapon to whatever you want problem solved 
Link from legend of Zelda was left handed till twilight princess (wii game and requires using hand motion controllers) was required because there are way more right handed people in the world. Just a random fact.

Let us choose which hand to hold weapons by simply renaming ‘Main Hand’ and ‘Off-hand’ to ‘Right hand’ and ‘Left hand’ on the character screen. Easy fix.
I heard this long ago and don’t know if it’s true or not, but left handed people tend to have the other side of their brain dominant which makes them good at practical, useful stuff like building, engineering, etc…
That’s all I know about lefties. My brother is left handed, he makes the most beautiful furniture. He can make anything though.
