The Bilge Rats captain is lacking a tail, could’ve been a possible customization option if it wasn’t attached to a unique model.
If someone wants to be a “furry” by all means let them have the option too

Death Knights are the undead version of all the races. Though it’s interesting that not all the races have an “Undead” DK skin tone like humans and orcs.

Worgen are kind of like Undead Vulpera with their tail rotted off. And they are dead inside from being denied a tail, and also being in the Alliance, thats kind of like Undead.
