Nothing can be done. When 50% of players will be in that area at the same time
I did this on the last stress test to 15 and I was second
I don’t really understand what’s so nightmarish about the undead zone…
My orc 1-6 time is 40minutes
My undead 1-6 time is ~42 minutes, with the difference largely being how much longer it takes you to get to Brill vs Razor Hill.
That time doesn’t really change for anything, tbh…
Stress test, same time
Beta, same time,
Late beta, when no one else was in the zone, same time…
Just kill things near you constantly, and you’ll push quickly, and don’t just sit around waiting for quest mobs while doing nothing. Other people are only obstructions if you let them be obstructions and waste time doing nothing but waiting on respawns, or are otherwise slow… And by the 1.5 hour mark, you’re a full set of Brill quests ahead of everyone else, and basically never have to worry about extreme competition again.
How to level an Undead to level 10 during Classic release:
- Run to Mulgore.
- Get to level 10.
That’s what I am gonna do to hangout with my Tauren buddies at least.
What is “Tristfal Glades”? Did they mean Tirisfal Glades? Not being rude, but if you’re going to make an article about something, at least spell the area you’re talking about right.
It’s not the zone. It’s the fact that there are going to be an absurd number of people in that zone.
Most people are planning on playing Horde this time around.
Without the belves, undead will be by far the most popular horde race.
Can’t you at least put all your videos in 1 thread?
0/10
I was in a world pvp guild in vanilla. One of our events was a naked low level raid on IF. I think I got somewhere around level 10 by the time I got there.
In a high population like the Beta, Stress Test or Launch there are a lot of spots where you have to wait your turn on mobs. All have that though.
The place is the Aggaman Crypts. In a situation like the above you won’t even understand this. At kind of more normal level of people though, that place is brutal even for parties of 3 when you have to clear each mob.
I played through that area in the stress test. It’s really not that bad, even when solo.
About half the mobs were probably dead and you didn’t realize it.
This is the difference between speed leveling and completionist leveling…
I -very- rarely ever do that quest… It’s the only one out that way when you get it, and generally not worth the time/effort. I also skip the plague quest step that has you running off to fight murlocs (and obviously the steps after that)… both of those are a waste of time imo… especially if you are aiming to get the hell out of tirisfal and into Silverpine/Barrens ASAP to beat the pack.
Here’s how you level 1-15 on undead.
- Run to Elewyn Forest
- Steal mobs from the Alliance.
- Level up from grinding and the tears of salty humans.
Nah. I didn’t start at the beginning of the test, and by the time I got to that area there was basically nobody around. (thanks layering!)
Undead is my fastest time when its not busy. When its busy it can be a nightmare its a tight zone packed with a ton of kill quests.
I don’t mind the 1 hour to finish the first quest personally. It’s about the experience for me, not 1 hour to 10.
LMAO @ “1-10 leveling guide” videos. LMAO
so…what’s the best choice for launch
Right on no hate here
