Yeah cause that would require 5 essays of text that im currently too exhausted to make. Nobody said the solutions are easy and would take 4 seconds - which is exactly why ANY resources spent on cosmetics just makes me laugh lol.

Except your argument has consistently been that you know the person who puts out the fire and the person who fixes the table arent the same person but that the person who fixes the table definitely shouldnt do it because it might make people mad.

Anytime someone says something you disagree with you just say that their argument is moot lol. Obviously I would much rather they fix the plethora of issues with their systems. Obviously if they fix an animation with a void elf chest piece, thatâs a positive thing. Who cares?
Fixing B isnât stopping them from fixing A. People like you are stopping them from fixing B. Which means one less thing is getting fixed. Seems like your mentality is the problem here. Keep spouting âyouâre a casualâ whenever you disagree with someone. I was pretty hard-core before I quit, but at least I acknowledge that the majority of the playerbase is and always has been casual.

Ok. Imagine this scenario. 100 people are waiting for Person A to fix a thing that will take one week to fix. 10 people are waiting for Person B to fix a thing that will take 5 minutes to fix.
Should Person B wait until Person A is done so as to not upset the 100 people waiting for something else, even though they can both easily work on their individual projects at the same time?
On the surface, sure
but its the deeper point that matters here; its where their priorities are as a company.

Fixing cosmetics is going to make some people happier. It also does not take away from the bigger problems you and I are both worried about.
There was absolutely nothing wrong with what I typed. You are being absurdly aggressive and combative, especially since youâre the one claiming other people argue without reason.
It wonât bring me back, but that doesnât mean it isnât important to other people, and it doesnât mean that they shouldnât still do it if it will improve the game.
Take a step back and think about what youâre doing here, you really sound a bit ridiculous at this point.

youâre the one glossing over the bigger picture. Youâre telling me to consider that some people might be happy for the cosmetic changes, while you dont give two craps about the millions who have quit and are upset to not yet hear a thing about the core issues in the game.
Mate, I donât know if youâve actually read anything Iâve said, but I am one of the âmillions who have quitâ. Didnât even stay to FINISH NORMAL of this tier because I just dont care anymore. Recrafting legendaries is stupid (I had to recraft all 3 Frost PvE legos), Shards of Domination are stupider, and the game just doesnât respect the playerâs time.
Im not âupset to not yet hear a thing about the core issues in the gameâ because ZERO patch notes have come out. The customization announcement came in the form of a reply to a thread of HUNDREDS of players asking for new customization.
Stop with the knee jerk reactions. Jesus.

Also, my character is a void elf because the racial sims higher in M+. I dont have a horse in the race, this is a race changed character.
