Are you guys going to still take unbridled ferocity now that they nerfed it into the ground? It went from Rampage and Onslaught having a 20% to trigger Recklessness for 4 sec and now it’s only Rampage that triggers it at a 6% chance… I mean 6% is low dude.
I don’t even see a point in taking it now. I also think this is way overkill. Maybe I’m not seeing something, but is fury damage so good now that this was justified? I think the talent next to it, ‘Depths if Insanity’ is better now and that’s not even that good(Rampage lats 4 secs longer).
Thoughts?..Or roid rage psychotic breakdown at Devs and bite off own tongue in process to protest? It always seems like Fury is kind of an afterthough compared to most other specs. We just get left on the operating table every expansion. If they gave us 25% of the attention they give Ret Paladins we would be solid.
Devs have no idea how to build fury. They have been trying different stuff since legion and its mostly lackluster every xpac. Keeping my expectations low for TWW.
To answer the question is 6% low just off Rampage…hell yeh its low.

Geez, 6% rate might as well not even be a talent at that point.
Plus the whole complaint around that talent in general was due to how RNG it was pull to pull, now that RNG is going to be insane for those blessed parses.

I’m a stereotypical fury and struggle with math, but 6% rate of proccing off rampage means that if you use rampage 100x, you would proc recklessness around 6x, correct? If you could constantly spam recklessness that would be one thing, but it costs 80 rage.
And also, what if your doing a fight in M+ or a Raid where you don’t get a lot of uptime on the target…or in PvP if you’re playing against a mage where you may only be able to close the gap a few times? Against a spec that kites well, you may not see it proc at all(Heck, even now that is frequently the case and it has 3x the chance to proc compared to how it will be in the ‘TWW’).
It just seems completely absurd. Like you guys said, why even offer it as talent, especially a capstone talent??!?!?!!
They need to move it. As a capstone, it’s a dead point in its current state.

Basically yeah, each cast would have a 6% chance of proccing the reck so effectively on rate every 100 casts of it would mean 6 reck procs, however RNG wise it could be much higher or lower pending luck on that pull.
I’d understand if they moved it from a flat % to RPPM or RPPM+Haste at least then it would have the bad luck protection effect if you’re going under rate for procs.
Really bad change for this talent going forward for the really small chance of a lucky pull vs a more consistent point elsewhere in the final fury tree.

It’s an awful change that will just make the spec feel way worse to play.
They also nerfed anger management, so these nerfs are multiplicative off of each other.
This is bad, really bad. Really really really damn bad.
I didn’t even like the arms changes much, aside ravager, so i think i might just drop warrior completely. As well as druid.

The devs are actually worthless. They don’t play the game.
