This is one of the arena bosses in Maldraxxus. His yell now reaches throughout the entire zone when he is active. Even if players are not actively engaged with the boss, it still yells the same single line over, and over again as the thematic NPCs engage it over, and over again.
Just a minor annoyance. Should probably have his yell radius reduced to something closer to the size of the arena.
