Unblocking Someone on Forums?

I tried to find this online, but the instructions I got referred to menus that I don’t seem to have.

Can someone here please explain to me how I unblock someone on my block list? Again, I tried to find out online, but it doesn’t seem to work.

I’m using a PC, if that matters.

It’s pretty simple once you know, but I understand how it could be a pain to figure out. All you do is…

On PC:

  1. Click your character icon at the top right.
  2. There are three icons in the menu that pops up, click the one on the right. Says preferences if you hover over it.
  3. Click preferences again.
  4. Click users.
  5. Hit the X next to any name that you want to unblock.

On mobile:

  1. Click your character icon at the top right.
  2. There are three icons in the menu that pops up, click the one on the right. Says preferences if you hover over it.
  3. Click preferences again.
  4. Find users in the drop down menu that says Account and click it.
  5. Hit the X next to any name that you want to unblock.
