I’m sure it’s a digital error on the parts of Devs. Instead of putting 1.01, they go with the decimal. This is why 1.14 is > 1.2 (for example) when they should have just put 1.02 for earlier system release.

And you do realize that blizz does not have to justify anything to you. It is their product. If you don’t like it you don’t have to buy it.

I can see why you would feel that way. But you are arguing a technicality. They were very briefly in vanilla yes. But then blizzard removed them from the vendors as their intention was to put the finished mount in the game.

They did not remove them from the very FEW who alrey had them as that wouy have caused outrage.

To be authentic they would have to be in for a VERY limited time, which as blizzdaddy stated would cause people to rush.

Putting them in permanently would NOT be authentic and this is where you all over the top rekt lose your semantics argument.

But as I stated to Shiny above, I don’t think it would harm the game by any means to put them in permanently. BUT … that would be a change and I don’t want to open that door.

Since you brought up authentic then you answered your own question. They do not belong in game.

Honestly is authenticity that important when classic is already going to be inauthentic in so many ways? Is a reskinned mount thats basically meaningless really gonna break the camels back? Its almost laughable that people would care enough to protest against them being in the game. Im not even a big fan of the unarmored versions either. I just see through blizzs bs. You think you want to grind and race to 60 for a mount but you dont trust us. We know what’s best for you.

Actually no, it’s not. But blizzard has already made collosal mistakes by changing things, layering, RCR, etc.

I will not be offended in any way at all if they put unarmored mounts in game permanently. In fact, for my human toons thaty all I would get. Have you seen the ridiculously absurd leg warmers on the human mounts?

My forsaken shadow priest will definitely get the armored one. Let’s all be real, the forsaken mounts are the best mounts in the game.

Yeah they do look silly but i play horde so it doesnt usually bother me. Lol
The raptors look cool without the armor but in my opinion thats it. The sabers are kinda meh i don’t even think the wintersaber is worth the grind lol

If u want unarmored mounts do u also want them to add new unarmored mounts for the undeads?

They never had different versions for the 100% mounts.

Blizz saw the unarmored mounts as unfinished and so did most of the players, they didn’t want to ride mounts looking like 60%, while the undead were the only ones having cool armored mounts.

For reference they also improved/changed AV and we are getting 1.12 av. not 1.5 av.

The argument the unarmored mounts were in game after 1.4 isn’t an argument, Blizz chose for whatever reason to let u change your mount and not directly update them to the newer version.

But that doesn’t mean they were in-game beyond 1.4, because they were unobtainable, its nothing more than an edge case.
