Issue: I can’t view and accept the quest Stolen Tuskarr Totems from the NPC Elder Poa and with that I can’t continue the Story Line for Iskaara Tuskarr Renow.
I’m at 8 reputation with Iskaara Tuskarr and I can’t get more reputation because this quest is stuck.

same problem here , im 7 reputation , i did every single quest , finish the story line and i cant take this quest , and i dont have the skill for see the totems
This continues to be bugged as of Jan 2023. I’m at Renown lvl 8 with the Iskaara Tuskarr, and have never been offered the Stolen Tuskarr Totems quest from Poa. Stuck.
I also can’t see or accept this quest and I’m at renown 8, almost 9. I verified I haven’t done it yet via the Wowhead quest tracker and it won’t show up no matter what I do. This is blocking my progress with this faction.
Hopefully this helps give some more context, (I’m the above poster, Alhambra) but I just found one of the stolen totems from a world chest in the Azure Span and turned it in to Elder Poa.
This is NOT the same quest as the one we can’t accept or turn in, however. There was no initial quest for this - when I picked up the totem, a blue “?” appeared over Elder Poa’s head, and there was no follow-up.
I still worry that I’m missing some progression for this faction due to the fact that I was never able to accept or turn-in the initial quest for these totems. Even after turning this in, I again verified I’ve never received or completed the quest “Stolen Tuskarr Totems”. Hopefully this annoying bug can get fixed soon - I want to make sure I progress my reputation with the Tuskarr correctly!
I just started playing Dragonflight a week or so ago, im lvl 7 with Iskaara Tuskarr, I’ve never been given the quest for the totems and have never received one from a chest to turn in. Should have unlocked at Renown level 2…
Seems as though its a poor design if you ask me.
Same here, rep 8, just finished the main story plus sides and Elder Poa has nothing for me. I am only able to turn in stories.
