I’m posting this on my Samsung S10e using my iPhone 13 as a hotspot.
I have been stuck at the colored balls and loading… for days now. My iPhone will open any other website no problem, including logging in and out of Blizzard account settings/subscriptions.
I’ve tried clearing my Safari cache, using wifi only, cell only, battlenet app shortcut to the forums with no luck. I’m at a loss for what else to try.
Can the folks behind the scenes see anything that needs to be reset?
What Safari version and iOS version are you running?
I installed iOS 17 this morning, and now the forums are working again. 
I suspect that was the root cause. The Discourse forum system has been systematically raising the minimum support level for browsers (which, for iPhones, also means minimum level of iOS). They probably raised the floor in one of their recent (never announced) updates and you got back ahead of it by upgrading.
The iOS update fixed my ability to even see this website since they made the Discourse changes last week, but it’s still not working like it used to.
Emoticons in posts now show as a blue box with a white question mark, and I can no longer preview my posts. It’s a blank screen with reply and edit on the bottom corners.
I get the same thing using Firefox on my iPhone. It looks like they forgot to check the mobile version afterwards.
