Unable to use more then 1 potion at a time. like a defense potion + agility potion at the same time on my rogue since last update. now if clicked on second potion it only replaces the 1 potion.

This is probably working as intended. You can only have one battle and one guardian elixir at a time.
So which potions are battle as all I see is everything marked as guardian? A Intel potions shouldn’t be either battle or guardian like the defense potion I can see it as a guardian.
Also being limited to only 2 potions (one battle and one guardian) destroys the reason for anyone being a Alchemist unless you just want to make healing/mana potions.
This was just something that was changed in TBC.
Search for “Burning Crusade Classic Raid Consumables List” and check that out.
Was curious and just went onto retail and looked Intel potions are not listed as Guardian they are listed as Battle which would allow them to be able to use both Defense potion (Guardian) + Intel potion (Battle) at same time as what I am use to in retail and classic before this last update.
