Unable to Use JuJu Power

On my lvl 60 Human Warrior, Rippercase (Grobbulus-NA), I am no longer able to use JuJu Powers. They are grey on my action bar, and I cannot use they on myself or other people. Other items work fine. I have had this issue for a couple days now.

I have tried moving them to different bags, the bank and back. I have tried selling and rebuying, nothing worked. For now they just take up inventory space.

(I do not have any other visible buffs active and still have this issue).

Have you double checked that the Cache of Mau’ari is in your bags? You need this item for juju to be usable.
