Many of my characters cannot use certain spells in game due to some glitch/bug. Call pet/summon demon do not work unless clicked on in the spellbook. When trying to use from a bar it cannot be cast. Same thing with evoker using fire breath. Cannot use it on the bar. It will not even start to charge. Thanks.
If you’re using elvui, you have to go into Elvui>ActionBars>General>make sure Key Down is selected. That fixes the Fire Breath anyhow.

You can also make a macro from the ability if you dont like key down
Some Evoker spells are unable to be cast at all except from the spellbook no matter what. I tried making macros. Only some of those worked on Devastation, but Preservation none of them worked. I keep getting an error saying, “Spell not learned,” despite clicking it in the spellbook. This is an error straight from WoW itself.
