I’ll bet I’m missing something stupid but every time I go try to upgrade my Benthic armor I get the message “Item cannot be upgraded” I’ve tried googling the problem and don’t find anything. Help is appreciated!
If you’ve got the pearls, it should work. Can you tell us specifically what item you’re trying to upgrade and its ilvl?
Level 385 cloth gauntlets, leggings, and girdle. I have 99 pearls.
It’s an equippable gear already right? Not the token.

Did you right click the item to turn it into a real equipable piece yet? You can’t upgrade until you do that.
