I’m having the same issue here in Frostmourne server (Oceanic).
I just purchased the expansion, and boosted a character. The item bought with bullion could be upgraded (Weapon) but the other 13 slots of gear from Awakened Equipment Chests aren’t upgradable. This happened yesterday and today. (Tichondrius)
It’s happening to my other characters as well. Disabled addons and the problem persisted.
Any word on the bug with the stay classy achieve it’s really starting to look like all the toons i leveled to 70 and got honored with my guild will need to be leveled to 80 if this is not fix in a week now? This is very depressing to put that much work into leveling them and then fins out it’s not working.
