I was able to pickup the daily quest “A Blade Fit For A Champion” and do the objective. When I returned to turn the quest in, the yellow ? is on the minimap but not on the NPC and I cannot turn the quest in. Is this intentional or a bug? I am trying to clear out my quest log before Shadowlands and do not want to lose quest progress on the aspirants seals.

You probably couldn’t turn it in because I am betting the npc to turn in is different then the quest giver so he is phased out. I can give you a workaround I used, I do not take credit for this, I found it on wowhead comments. You can use a friend who has an alt that has not completed the intro quests for the event and party sync with them. It will phase you to the Argent Tourney pre event. I have 2 accounts and tested this. I was able to phase my main who had done the quest using an alt on the other account who did not and could do all the dailies and the raid/dungeons.
