Quest Durable Information Storage Container is showing as complete in the quest log with 4/4 Overcharge pylons destroyed & Complete and Overcharged Delve (complete). I am unable to turn it in, track it, abandon it or share it. Quest is basically bricked and can not get the belt.
Solved: Quest went on hold due to the Lorewalking quests. After canceling Lorewalking,the quest was able to be turned in.

my character has no lorewalking quest . What do i do?
I had to complete the Cho Lorewalker quest line. Abandoning the lorewalker quest didn’t work, so I finished the questline and then i was able to turn in quest for Durable Information Storage Container.
