I’m unable to turn in quest: “At your service” in maldraxxus. I can see the turn in on the mini map but Draka is in a different location with no quest turn it. It seems like I am in the wrong phase. I just changed to Necrolord and I’m unable to progress in the covenant campaign.

Seems there’s possibly an issue when switching covenants, so you’ll probably need to submit a Bug Report either via the in-game support menu or over on the Bug Report forums to help QA investigate possible causes.
I’ve discovered after doing several other covenant quests it corrected my phase.
I have the same issue. It’s also preventing me from continuing the covenant campaign. It looks to me like players that switch to Necrolord are not phasing correctly to a phase where Draka is standing on the altar.

I’m having the same issue, and also not able to abandon the step of the Night Fae campaign I was on when I switched to Necrolord (“Greeting a God”).

Same issue here - switched from Venthyr to Necrolord and cannot turn in

Same issue here. Unable to turn in any quests to Draka and it has effectively stopped me from progressing through any part of the Necrolord campaign.
