can someone please help here?
Accepted quest off poster by bank last week just as every week. In past weeks, if I recall correctly after completing objectives of quest you had to wait for next chip to become available following reset. In other words: you completed quest but sat on turn in till next reset since there was no chips to get till then. (I don’t believe wrexxle even displays a turn in question mark till after reset). Earned and spent 3 chips in first week upon completion, just like everyone else. Had completed raid/ quest requirement and was working of 6th chip this week. Was on vacation so missed tues turn in but checking today there is no turn in w Wrexxle, nothing in my quest log. Should have been a question mark over Wrexxle after reset for me to complete quest and receive 6th chip JUST AS IT DID EVERY WEEK AFTER COMPLETING QUEST, RIGHT? I don’t know what I’m missing as I’ve completed the quest requirements every week since inception and should be on my 6th chip…ergo ability to purchase 2nd item from Wrexxle.
Even if I’m misremembering about turn in sequence requiring reset, there should still be a question mark over Wrexxle this week, right. I would swear on a stack of bibles that Wrexxle never displayed a question mark last week and I 100% completed quest by 4 raid boss killings.
Haven’t accepted this weeks quest for chip; please don’t tell me quest has to be turned in same week or it just goes away?

The wording I’m seeing is, “Complete the turbo boost”. I completed the quest, just didn’t turn in same week.
The Great vault works the same as that in case you complete requirments but go on vacation.
by completing the quest, they mean turn in. some of the undermine weekly quests (3x scrap, 10 deliveries and surge pricing) give great vault credit after you turn in the quests, not after you simply “complete” them.
Okay, can someone kindly help me put this delusion to bed if it be such, by answering the following: Has Wrexxle offered a chip IMMEDIATLY upon completion of quest each week?

" This week, players who have completed each weekly quest thus far can collect their sixth Puzzling Cartel Chip allowing the purchase of another piece of Heroic or Myth-track gear from the dinar vendor."
That’s written on the assumption a player didn’t miss an on-time turn in. If they did, they’ll be down a Chip and will remain so to the end, meaning one less purchase by the end of the event.
well no, not one less purchase, they’ll just be 1 week late
so instead of having 9 total chips during week 7, they’ll get their 9th chip during week 8, assuming they only missed a week
It’s a limited time event. There will always be a “last week” in which, barring any misses, a player will have 3 chips to make one final purchase.
As far as I understand it, you’ll always be one chip short of the three you need to make that last week’s purchase, since chip acquisition is timegated to one a week and all purchases require three chips. Without catch-up, you’ll have only 2 of the 3 chips you need for the last week’s purchase.
Thanks all…seems more like some wire got crossed in my brain telling me that you had to wait for reset, like the great vault, to turn in quest and receive chip. Since it’s a weekly quest, if you miss the turn in you lose that weeks chip.
I’ll know definitively when I accept this weeks quest, complete, then turn in immediately. Was just afraid that accepting a new quest would fubar me if it was, in fact, a bug.
This is one place where Blizzard not clearly documenting the mechanics can bite you if you guess wrong. Regrettable, but OTOH it wouldn’t be Blizzard if they documented everything.
