Have attempted numerous fixes like logging out, reloading, leaving the Chamber of Heart, abandoning the quest and picking it up again has done nothing to fix this quest. MOTHER disappears from the chamber multiple times at random intervals while doing quests in the chamber forcing an exit of the game entirely in order to just get her back. Interacting with her in an attempt to turn the quest in only gives her vendor items.

Im having the same issue, when i click on Mother it acts like i want to buy something.

Cannot turn quest in as well, she just disappears and when she shows up again shes just a vendor.
