When I hover over the Tabard slot while in the Transmog option menu, it says that I cannot transmog this item. I’ve tried 25 of the 25 tabards that I have and it still says the same message. Other people are able to do this so is this a bug or do I have to pay extra or what?

you have to be wearing a tabard that is green or blue/epic quality to xmog it
Lol, so I can’t transmog a white quality tabard, like my Sporegar tabard?
yeah, i noticed this when patch hit, I cant wear the kirin tor tabard and transmog it into something else because it is a white item and if im wearing a green or higher I can transmog to any other green or higher tabards
