I have two level 50 alliance toons Im trying to move off the dead server Chaos Bolt after being notified of the free character transfer off chaos bolt. I continue to receive the prompt: Please select a different realm
This real is not accepting transfers at this time.
Although I have people being able to move all of their toons still. Why are my characters being locked to chaos bolt?
Maybe that was a mistake? Never ever heard them giving free transfers from a dead server. Possibly from high pop ones to a dead one but never the other way
The server you are trying to transfer to might be locked to your faction if I’m reading this right. There is faction balancing in effect for these transfers.

It looks like the transfer is only to Crusader Strike. You didn’t mention, but are you attempting to move to that sever or a different one?
