Trying to transfer and faction change my druid, both have been blocked by having mail. Originally it was due to having an undeletable letter in my mailbox but that was cleared out a few days ago and my mailbox has been empty since. Turned off addons, cleared cache, everything I can think of, no mail in the mailbox to clear out.

It appears you have mail stuck that wasn’t fully deleted this was a display issue on our end. It was fixed and your ticket updated.
