Unable to toggle to 10 man raid after clearing 25 man

Hi guys, I’ve been unable to switch to the 10-man version of Dragon Soul, after clearing the 25-man version.

What gives? I just wanna farm the transmog…

EDIT: I’ve tried reloading. I’ve tried logging out and back on. Every time I set it to 10 man then enter… bam! I’m in the 25 man version.

Dragon soul can only be run on one difficulty level a week.

Any raid released before Siege of Org from Pandaria is locked to just one instance a week regardless of difficulty.
