I am working on the Ratt’s Race and I’m stuck on 7 o’clock because the Sentry Statue does not spawn for me to loot it. I had issues with step 5 when trying to get the Wicked Pup (battle pet), the chests did not spawn on my main, but I was able to do it on an alt (I looted the items and got the pet, which became available to all my toons). Now I cant get the sentry statue from the dungeon, it’s supposed to spawn so I can loot it. I went back to my alt and was able to get it and solve the puzzle, but then I realized that the progression is character-exclusive. I would need to start doing all the quests to get the key before I can even start the extremely-time-consuming 6 steps I had done so far. I opened tickets, but Blizz pretty much does not have customer support anymore, I was told to check the wow communities for an answer.
I tried everything and nothing works, does anybody have any ideas? has anybody had the issue before?
