Unable to target-heal Party Members in a Delve

So something has only just cropped up today, as soon as I find the LFG tool to join a Party, I am unable to target party members for healing, I auto-target myself and am only able to heal them via running up and casting Healing Rain (on myself), Chain Healing (again, on myself) and Wellspring.

I’ve disabled all addons, reset the tower, exited and rejoined the game, even done a hard power-down and reset on the tower and the issue still occurs. I’ve been incredibly fortunate that most T8 parties are very chill so long as I can keep them topped up, but I am having this issue in Delves and nowhere else. LFG Parties work just find, I’m able to manually target and Horde players out in the world, but in Delves, I am completely worthless.

Is this a UI bug, some issue with cross-faction parties or is my Shame-an just cursed?

I am having this same problem. Have done 5 pug delves and 2 of them were glitched. In the first one, Brann was showing up as attackable, though I didn’t seem to be damaging him when I accidentally hit him. I couldn’t target anyone for heals, I just aut-targeted myself. The last one I just tried to do, it seemed to be all of that except even I was un-targetable to myself.

I was literally completely useless other than to do a little damage to the mobs. I had to leave the group.
