So i’m having some latency issues and i have been unable to report it through the in game help system, nor through battle.net. when i’m on the web ticket i am unable to submit, as the submit button is greyed out, i have seemingly filled in all appropriate forms or whatever, it is not an issue with my service provider as i’ve already contacted them. so yeah what is the solution to requesting support when i am unable to use blizzard’s features to request support?
UPDATE: I have conveyed my message to blizzard. the solution was 2 hours of video tutorials on how to use the cmd program, 30 minutes struggling to get the proper command, 5 minutes giving up and screenshotting the window as i could not export it to a file any other way. Interestingly enough tho, adding in a .txt file with the words “I could not obtain my trace route” was seemingly not suitable to allow me to proceed with submitting my ticket.
the files i was submitting were the dxdiag which i was able to obtain, however it also asked for the MSinfo32 which i found the article for support not very clear as to how to obtain that in a file format, so i included a short .txt saying just that. I cannot imagine these text files would still be taking time to upload into the web ticket fields? I have also made a post now on the tech support forums.
