trying to submit this ticket and kept getting this error… so I tested something. I tried opening one for something unrelated… went right through. Lol they are stopping ppl from submitting tickets about certain stuff straight up
Are you freaking kidding me blizzard? You are stopping us from even opening tickets about certain topics in your buggy game, and trying to pass it off as an error?

Was doing the Shartuul event. Was in the last demon, fighting the dog. 90% health and rising. Suddenly the thing kicked me out/ended and reset. Would like Darkrune refunded and this issue fixed.
While waiting for your buggy system to clear so I could submit this ticket I confirmed what caused it. Your crap is doing that buggy layer hopping again. I got kicked out of my event cuz it changed my layer.
Noticed it several times now since, including mid fight w/ 4 mobs and then poof.
This has since been a well document thing w/ the 5000 layers forming again.
So you’re reporting a bug about phasing happening when you’re trying to complete a quest. That would go in the Bug Report forum only. They do not collect or forward bugs from the ticket system, as they are not developers and do not communicate with them directly.
Firing off insults isn’t the way for a report to get taken seriously, so keep that in mind when making a post there.
No, you just have to have an issue that the GM staff can actually assist with. Reporting a bug isn’t something the GM staff has any involvement with. That would be the QA staff, and there is a nifty bug report function in the game so that you don’t even have to go to the forums. All you have to do is click on the red ? and then select the submit bug or feedback button, then, voila!
