I set up the Battlenet streaming launch WoW and the over lay doesn’t lod…so I alt-tab and it tells me “waiting for game to launch”

I’ve been having the same issue for a few months now. Unfortunately I don’t have a ‘fix’ for this, but I am following the thread in hopes to also find a solution.
I’ve tried everything, including reinstalling the game.
It’s weird because I was streaming fine a couple of weeks ago and all of a sudden, nothing.
Me too. It was fine a few months ago. I tried using OBS and Twitch but I kept getting encoding errors. Never had an issue streaming to facebook live though. Makes me sad, not that it’s hugely important, but if we have a feature we ought to be able to use it. As far as I can tell, we aren’t the only ones either.
I was using the Bnet stream through facebook, and now it won’t work
Just came here to make this thread, but I see it’s already made. A week later, issue persists.
Hmm it looks like it has something to do with WoW and b-net not saying game is running, you can technically launch WoW again via app for a 2nd account. When i boot up Overwatch, b-net reads it as the game is running and the start stream button is able to be clicked.
I figured it out, apparently through enough digging, DX12 does not support Facebook streaming.
No plans yet according to the blue post I found when it will be implemented.
Problem goes on
Streaming was removed back in Build 11512.
Build 11512
Blizzard Streaming
We are always focused on delivering the best experience possible for our players. With this in mind, we have made the decision to remove Blizzard Streaming from the Battle.net desktop app due to technical and game performance issues.
