I leveled this DH to 70 in haste, but can’t timewalk so I can use the Garrison Hearthstone. I went to the hero board, but nothing was there. I went to Stormshield, but can’t find any quests with the track trivial quest activated. Anyone have an idea how to fix it?
Can you do the cave method? Or have they did away with that?

You can start your Warlords of Draenor questline with a boosted character by talking to the NPC at the entrance of Wizard Sanctum (Stormwind portal room) and teleporting to Blasted Lands. Enable trivial quests on minimap to see low level quests easily.

Hang on, do you mean Timewalking dungeons? Or just Chromie Time?
Hero’s Call Board is annoying. You may need to pick up quests for other stuff until you get the Warlords one.
Also:
Are the Blasted Lands in the correct phase? Speak to Zidormi at the north entrance.

Chromie timewalking. She stops all interaction at level 60.
Gotcha. I’d suggest trying what Cazadori said and then you can skip through the intro like the Wowhead article mentions.
If you’re happy to skip the intro questline, you can just take the portal to Ashran from either Stormwind (to Stormshield) or Orgrimmar (to Warspear). You can fly from there to your garrison (it’s a one way trip because your garrison doesn’t technically exist yet). Then just ride/fly to the beach area where the quest chain starts to establish your garrison. I’ve done this on a number of alts just to farm Rukhmar.

Go to present day Blasted Lands and start the quest chain.

That’s the best part, unfortunately.
There is also the hidden cave on the timeless isle that can port you to Gorgrond.
I did. Nothing there. Just Khadgar and some other NPCs. That’s why I came to the board for an answer. I followed someone else’s advice and flew to the Garrison harbor area. Draenei Velen was there to start the quest chain.
