Unable to start the Quest to Rescue Jaina: Information for a Price

Same. No quest for me.

But the conversation method (support tickets) are directing us here. So we’re left with no information and no communication. It’s almost the end of the week, are we all going to be behind because of this? What’s happening? I’d love to get a bluepost on this issue.

Please note that the quests in Torghast are on a character-specific weekly lockout. So if you completed “Remnants of Hope” on your character this week, you won’t be able to start “Information for a Price” until after the reset.

If you completed “Remnants of Hope” last week and still can’t start the next quest this week, please do send a Bug Report so we can check it out."

Probably one of the dumbest decisions they could have made.

Because the GM can’t help you unless the developers are notified if this is a bug and provide the GMs direction on how to address it. It’s literally “we can’t do anything unless the developers tell us we can.”

The only blue posts you’ll ever find in the Bug Report forum is QA asking clarifying questions if they need more info about a bug report.

My Girlfriend has completed Information for a price and has rescued Jaina.
I never had the quest show up from Bolvar so I am to understand that I will from now on be a week behind?
I have done all my quests since the start so why am I chosen to be behind?
