I have both bindings of the windseeker and when I go to talk to Highlord Demitrian he give me the proper responses to click on up to the point of receiving the vessel and then nothing happens. No vessel and the same dialog options keep popping up with the same outcome. I’ve talked to like 3 GMs and they were unable to resolve my issue even with my suggestion of deleting and re-adding both bindings as I had gotten one of them like 5 years ago. I talked to the highlord at this point before picking up the bindings again and his dialog was back to normal.
I see there is another person that had reported something similar and with no resolution so I assume I wont get one here either.
