As the title suggests, I can’t start this quest. The Battle for Azeroth campaign points at accepting the quest in Drustvar, but when I go to the pointer, there is no NPC to give the quest. I approached Cyril White, and it just says how the citizens are under some magic, and I need to find a way of breaking the curse. Have not found any solution from what I have searched. This is really annoying as I want to progress the campaign.
