I completed the war campaign and the other 2 story lines needed to unlock Earthen. I used WoWHead to look up the quest and the giver. When I go to her (Aldra in Dornogal) there’s no available quest. I have low level quests turned on. Looking at forums/google wasn’t very helpful either.
Note: I (OP) am doing these quests on a lvl 80 blood elf
I am assuming Vine is the character you are doing these on?
It looks like you are almost 3/4ths of the way through that chain. I couldn’t get Wowhead quest tracker to pull up Dornogal quests, but Data For Azeroth quest tracker said you had done all the way through finishing “The Machine Speakeasy”. The next quest is Sedition.
See if you can pick up that quest, and if not, check comments for info on what may be giving you trouble.
