I’ve got a horde character that was leveled in Pandaria remix that is currently 80. I am unable to start either Dragonflight (No Quests after talking with Ebonhorn) or Shadowlands,after I port to Oribos there this no way to get to the flight deck level. I was able to get to Zerith Mortis when the anniversary portal went then, but am unable to return at this point. Dragonflight at least I can take the portal and do world quest content.
